The Glass of Bandol is an independent wine bar with a love for good quality farmhouse and artisanal cheeses. We take pride in continuously seeking new wines. There’s always an element of diversity in the range of wines we have on offer. Don’t be surprised to see us stock wine from the Vale dos Vinhedos region of Brazil, or the Czech Republic – our aim is always to have an exciting selection.
The wines in our dispensers are always swapped over to something completely new (after half a dozen have gone through) and it’s likely there will always be a completely new range on your next visit.div>
Our Micro vineyard
Looking for a spot of privacy, quirky and charmful surroundings? Look no further, our outdoor back space has been transformed to provide you a spot to enjoy some lovely rosé wine. We have planted a dozen or so vines of different grape varieties so that you can enjoy some wines next to our vines.
4 foot cheese and charcuterie board
This mamouth board comes packed with a number of fine cheeses, charcuterie meats, fruits, breads and accompaniments. Serves 4-6 people. Only available on Wednesdays & Thursdays. *Pre-booking required.Fondue Nights
Pick a Wednesday or Saturday, gather your friends and dip into our traditional and decadent swiss cheese fondue.
Enjoy with our breads and potatoes and our carefully chosen glass of wine (included) with your fondue.
Our cheese fondue nights run on Wednesdays and Saturdays between October and April, and require advance booking.

Such a fun experience. You get a card to ‘vend’ your own wine choices in different sizes and then just hand it in to pay at the end of the night. So easy! Fab cheese, meats and breads too. Highly recommend the raclette

Visited on the weekend for fondue which was lush and a nice mix of things to dip in. Great selection of wines and feels very classy an great atmosphere. Staff were also great and really attentive.

The Glass of Bandol’s self-serving wine dispensers offer a unique, fun and interactive way to taste wines from around the world.
They allow everyone, no matter your expertise, to discover a choice of 24 rotating wines, by the glass.
All wines are available in three convenient sizes – 50ml, 125ml & 175ml.
How it works!
1 – Place your card into the slot at the top right corner of the dispenser (chip facing left).
2 – Once you have chosen your wine, place your glass DIRECTLY under the metal tap as shown to avoid any spillages!
3 – Select your measure and press the button to dispense your wine.
